This file will unlock, permanently (unlike trainers), all the Wing-suit and Tether mods. Using this mod WILL NOT change your story/ base progress/etc. -- IT WILL unlock the above mods and should only affect your mods (not the gears themselves). You can activate and de-activate as you would normally. For some reason however when you reopen the menu they will be grey (yet still say "active).
