Superman

Super man mod. Allows you to float around JC3.

This mod also includes a very fast version of Protato's High Velocity mod found here https://justcause3mods.com/mods/celebration-mod-pack/ and a modified wingsuit with much faster cruise speed.

Have fun. Easiest way to enter superman mode is to close your parachute midair. Grapple can be used to increase or decrease altitude. Use ctrl to stop grappling before fully reeled in to remain levitating.
