Before we get into the ultradank maymays just let ya know, this is the real deal.
Step 1: Get right up those game files:
C: > Program Files (x86) > Steam > Steamapps > common > Just Cause 3 > archives_win64
Any other drive > Steam > Steamapps > common > Just Cause 3 > archives_win64
Step 2: Download Modified Gibbed’s tools, it’s the dank meme factory we need
Step 3: Extract Modified Gibbed’s dank meme machine to ANY folder
Step 4: Open it.
Step 5: Start unpacking game.tab’s. ex.: Drag game420.tab into Gibbed.JustCause3.Unpack.exe. That will unpack the game file and make a folder containing the files. (Hint: game12.tab has loads of guns)
Step 6: Find the gun file you want, make your way to the .ee file.
Move that meme gun right into the Gibbed’s tools and use SmallUnpack.exe on that.
It’ll create an Unpacked folder in the folder that you have Gibbed’s Dank Meme factory on.
Step 7: Invade that folder’s privacy by going right into it’s front door and finding the Editor file. Make your way to that gun folder and find the .WTUNEC file. Move that ultradank maymay (WITH CARE) to the folder you have Gibbed’s memefactory installed on. Use the ConvertAdf.exe file on it, and it’ll make an .xml file. Now, once in that XML file’s personal space, you hold Ctrl and press F. That brings up the Find tab. type in ” But Be Gentle “. Edit anything BELOW that.
Step 8: Once you are finished making the dank memes even danker, you take that XML and use ConvertAdf again. Then you put the WTUNEC file back in it’s original spot, given you just violated it so much it won’t want to go out of there again. Now take that unpacked folder and drag it onto the SmallPack.exe and take the EE file and put it back where you ripped it from (the gun folder in the game files).
Step 9: rinse and repeat.
CONGRATULATIONS! YOU JUST MADE SOME SUPER MEGA ULTRADANK MAYMAYS. NOW GO UNLEASH THE POWER OF INTERNET MEMES ON THE DRM AND THE ARMY.

Step 8 doesn’t seem to work.
Now take that unpacked folder and drag it onto the SmallPack.exe and take the EE file…
Doing this generates a .aaf file instead of .ee. How do I fix this?

The game identifies the files by there file extensions. In this case, you can safely change the file extension of the .aaf file to .ee
This DOES NOT work for every file extension, only for .aaf -> .ee & .adf -> .wtunec/.vtunec
