This will be a basic how-to for a simple upgrade of your mods. (I assume that you’re using the new tools).

    • ┬áIf the mods contain a file packed with SmallPack:
      • Unpack that file with SmallUnpack
      • Pack it with SmallPack to create a .sarc file
      • Pack it again to create the compressed file
    • If the mods contain a file created / modified with ConvertProperty:
      • Create the XML file with the updated ConvertProperty (the old XML file will be good too)
      • Recreate the file with ConvertProperty.
    • If the mod is a weapon and only the .wtunec file has been modified:
      • Read my other post in the forum about modding weapons (discard the .ee file, only keep the modified .wtunec)
    • If the mod is a weapon and multiple files have been modified:
      • Read my other post in the forum about modding weapons
      • Read the previous points in this list
    • For files that have been modified with a hexadecimal editor:
      • If the file is not overridden / updated in the patch, it’s all good
      • If the file is overridden, you’ll have to search through all the files of the patch.
