    Hello. I am a VERY new modder here, and I would like some help. I’ve managed to convert some VMODC files to XML, and they worked, however sometimes the XML comes out as literally nothing.

    For the ones that have worked, I’ve edited some of them. However I’m having trouble converting them back to VMODC. Not too sure how to do that.

    By the way, I’m using gibbed’s JC3 modding tools. I feel like it’s already known, as it is the only modding tool on this site at the moment.

    Any help is appreciated.

    How about you tell us how did you convert vmodc files to xml?

    Gibbed.JustCause3.ConvertAdf to convert vmodc to xml , but i have the same problem, Gibbed.JustCause3.ConvertAdf dont repack to vmodc

    as of yet you cannot convert them back. Gibbed’s tools need to be updated/

    arf, i hope Gibbed’s tools will be updated soon, because vmodc files contains the settings for speed/nitro of vehicules

    for exemple for the urga racek ( the little chopper : photo )

    extract game35_unpack\editor\entities\jc_vehicles\02_air\v2603_helicopter_urga_seascout\v2603_helicopter_urga_seascout_rebel_01.ee with smallUnpack.exe

    and then extract v2603_helicopter_urga_seascout_debug_unpack\editor\entities\jc_vehicles\02_air\v2603_helicopter_urga_seascout\modules\default\v2603_helicopter_urga_seascout_engine.vmodc and v2603_helicopter_urga_seascout_vehicle_misc.vmodc with Gibbed.JustCause3.ConvertAdf.exe give you 2 xml

    edit : oh no , he just renamed the file of the formula one ^^
